A body-based journey for high-functioning professionals who are ready to stop losing themselves — without losing their ambition.

I feel like I'm watching my life from a slight distance — always one step behind myself.
— How clients often describe itMost people don't notice when this starts. You keep showing up, performing, pushing through. The pushing becomes invisible — because everyone around you is doing the same.
This is what we call functional disconnection. You can work, love, live — and still slowly lose contact with your body, your feelings, your sense of self. Not dramatically. Quietly.
It's not a crisis. It's subtler than that. Which is exactly what makes it so easy to miss — and so important to address before it becomes something harder to undo.
ARC is for people who are still functioning — and who are ready to actually feel their life again.
This is not a program that pushes you forward. It moves at the pace of your nervous system — slow enough to be real, structured enough to feel held. Six live sessions woven through twelve weeks of recorded practice and space for integration.
André grew up in discipline. Semi-professional football, a degree in sports education, years of coaching — performance shaped his early life, and pushing harder felt like the only direction that made sense.
At 28, he moved to the Netherlands in search of more. More challenge. More growth. He built the life that looked right from the outside: demanding work, long hours, external stability. His mind was always on.
But internally, something felt off. Not burnout. Not collapse. Just a quiet, persistent disconnection — the kind that's easy to dismiss because you're still showing up, still performing, still functioning.
For the first time, he stopped. And in that stillness, he noticed what years of pushing had cost him: his body had never truly felt safe. His mind had never truly rested.
That moment changed the direction of everything. Instead of optimizing performance, André began building something different — the capacity to stay present, regulated, and grounded, even while carrying real responsibility.
Today, he works with high-functioning professionals who don't want to give up their ambition. They just no longer want it to come at the cost of themselves. ARC was built from that shift.
Most programs end after the final session. And then you're on your own. The old patterns find their way back — not because you didn't do the work, but because presence needs a place to keep landing.
The Circle is included for every ARC participant. One year of biweekly group sessions, held lightly and consistently, long after the program ends.
Presence isn't built once and then kept. It's sustained through small, consistent moments of returning to yourself — with others who are doing the same.
The Circle keeps the community alive, keeps the practice accessible, and keeps you from having to figure out the rest of this on your own.
Quiet. Simple. Grounding.
30 minutes, twice a month — for a full year.
